Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models.
- Develop strong knowledge of companies, industries, and market trends.
- Analyze market share, macroeconomic trends, sector performance, and company data.
- Perform statistical analysis using economic and financial data.
- Attend company earnings calls and prepare briefing notes.
- Create and update periodic reports, valuation sheets, and presentation materials.
- Support the preparation of research reports and client responses.
- Monitor and evaluate industry developments and investment opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA, CA, or CFA qualification from a reputed institution.
- 1–5 years of experience in equity research or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of valuation methods such as DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and relative valuation.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
- Familiarity with financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg, Datastream, and CEIC.
