About the Team
Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) is a strategic, cross-functional team that helps Deloitte optimize its business operations and unlock growth opportunities. The team works closely with business leaders to manage complex marketplace and compliance challenges while supporting long-term business strategies.
Job Responsibilities
As a Services Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing third-party risk data and compliance processes.
- Performing data entry, verification, maintenance, audits, renewals, and closure of engagement records.
- Supporting the implementation of the MBR Modernization initiative.
- Collecting and validating relationship information across various stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal teams to manage third-party relationships throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Deloitte’s internal systems.
- Ensuring visibility, accountability, and compliance across business relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- 1+ year of professional experience in consulting, client services, project management, compliance operations, program management, or data management.
- Experience with data entry, record maintenance, reporting, and audits.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
Preferred Qualifications
The following skills will be an added advantage:
- Experience in third-party risk management, compliance, governance, or independence processes.
- Familiarity with business systems and compliance tools.
- Experience supporting process improvements or operating model transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving business environments.
