About the Role

Required Qualifications

- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 93% accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of overall work experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in a live customer service or B2B support environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, online marketplaces, or retail operations is an added advantage.
