About the Role
Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Order Management (Customer Supply Chain Analyst). In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring smooth coordination across supply chain operations.
The role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage customer requirements while ensuring timely deliveries and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order creation to final delivery.
- Ensure accurate pricing, sales terms, inventory availability, and lead times.
- Build and maintain customer account profiles.
- Analyze and improve service metrics such as order fill rates, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy, and pricing performance.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipments, inquiries, and complaints.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams to resolve service-related issues.
- Provide backup support to customer service team members when required.
- Track and monitor key performance metrics for annual performance evaluations.
- Research delivery failures and support corrective action plans.
- Maintain monthly supply chain scorecards and service performance reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Manage customer-specific service metrics and proactively address service risks.
Working Conditions
- Work Location: Noida, Sector 135
- Shift: Evening and Night Shifts (North America Support)
- Work Mode: Office-based during critical business periods
- Weekend and holiday support may be required
- Workload is typically higher between September and February and during fiscal quarter-end periods
