Job Responsibilities
As a NOC Engineer, you will:
- Gain knowledge of service management concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Generate and distribute reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
- Support Change Management, Problem Management, and other service management processes.
- Perform routine analysis related to incident, problem, and request management.
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with account representatives to understand reporting and service requirements.
- Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage day-to-day service management activities.
- Build positive relationships with account management, service delivery, and support teams.
- Ensure contractual service support requirements are met.
- Escalate complex issues through the defined escalation process.
- Maintain excellent ticket management and ticket hygiene standards.
- Assist in special projects as assigned.
- Be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Good understanding of service management concepts, practices, and methodologies.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
