Job Description
As a GBS Benefit Processor I, you will be responsible for administering employee benefit schemes for AON’s clients. Your role will involve processing benefit-related transactions, preparing reports, handling member queries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
You will work closely with client teams and internal colleagues while supporting benefit administration processes and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn client processes, systems, and internal tools.
- Process and verify employee benefit information accurately.
- Generate reports related to member activities.
- Respond to queries from members, clients, and service providers.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other benefit-related documentation.
- Support team members and contribute to the team’s overall objectives.
- Share best practices and assist in process and tool training.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Participate in new client implementations and reporting activities.
