About the Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support the development and enhancement of business systems that deliver effective solutions for clients and internal teams. Working under direct supervision, you will assist in business analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining system scope, objectives, and business requirements through research and analysis.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Configure solutions within the company’s platform based on approved requirements and client inputs.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings for requirement clarification and solution discussions.
  • Create and maintain Jira tickets, ensuring timely updates and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by preparing test scenarios, logging defects, and validating fixes.
  • Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reported issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Assist with go-live activities, release validation, and post-deployment verification.
  • Maintain project documentation, configuration notes, release notes, and knowledge transfer materials in Confluence.
  • Support reporting requirements and assist in generating and validating reports.
  • Help transition new features and enhancements into support processes.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and scope gaps while proactively seeking clarifications.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and enablement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or related fields (Preferred)
  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or related fields (Preferred)
  • Ph.D. with commercial experience in the healthcare industry (Preferred)
